My name is Kamryn Tifft, and I am a freshman attending the University of Nevada. I am a member of the women's volleyball team here at Nevada, and that is what helped me make my decision to come to school here. I have been playing volleyball since I was in 4th grade, and I am so honored that I have an opportunity to play at the next level. My dad is a college basketball coach, so before moving to Reno I moved around quite a bit and lived in 6 states. Moving around so much as a child was not easy, but it has definitely helped me now that I am older with meeting new people and getting out of my comfort zone. I am a very social person, and I love interacting with other people and making new friends. I am an only child which is quite rare, but I wouldn't change a thing about my family. My mom and dad have been great parents, and I have one small dog named blaze
